Holding an M.A. in Communication, she believes that authentic stories can change lives and that unseen talents deserve to shine. Through cross-sector collaboration and the integration of AI and digital art, she founded IN YOU to build a global e-Gallery — a creative economy platform where children’s artwork can be seen, collected, and turned into ongoing education and hope.
Guided by the belief that compassion and creativity can bridge worlds, Shana leads IN YOU in creating spaces where inclusion, art, music, and innovation come together to empower the next generation.

With over 20 years of international business and operations leadership, Joanne Wang specializes in building scalable systems that transform creative ideas into sustainable impact. As former Chief Operating Officer of Karat Packaging Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, she led nationwide operations and digital transformation — helping the company grow to over 100 franchise stores and secure partnerships with major U.S. brands such as In-N-Out, Chipotle, and Panda Express.
Today, Joanne brings her strategic expertise to the nonprofit sector, ensuring IN YOU operates with excellence, accountability, and heart. She believes that true operational success is not only about efficiency, but about ensuring every act of love and every resource reaches the children and families who need it most.

Donald Wang comes from the world of AI and intelligent transportation, where data, systems, and logic drive every decision. Yet what drew him to IN YOU wasn’t technology—it was a song. Grace has long been devoted to community care, with a special compassion for the elderly, women, and children in need.
